Conor, 18, from Northern Ireland, gets his inspiration to train hard from his older brother who’s a professional MMA fighter. Through his first three years of high school, Conor was always highly uncomfortable with his body. However, he was always extremely good at sports and played at captained his football team. He began MMA at 14 which made him gain lean muscle but was still very skinny. He then began to start to work out in his room and just bench and curl like 30 reps each but didn’t have any idea what he was doing. He remembers telling his best friend that he was going to start to work out and change his body and he laughed in his face and told him he could never do it! Conor thanks him to this day for that because that was the biggest motivation factor to come in his life — it pushed him to prove his family and friends wrong. He continued to work out and eat healthy. After a few months, people began to notice changes and he started to get more and more compliments and from then on, there was no stopping him!

Amazing transformation, mate! It must feel good to prove them wrong. Keep it up!
