Callen, 18, from Ohio, has always been an athletic person and competed in every sport. In high school, he played basketball and track; two sports that require speed, agility, and quickness. He never needed any power nor did he has any desire to lift heavy weight or diet. As the year went on, he noticed how small he was; a mere 140 pounds as a freshman. In 2012, he started going to the school gym. Now, at 160 lbs., his goal is to build muscle till he gets to weighing 185 and maintaining that weight.
