Rick, 18, from LA, started gymnastics at age 10. He focused, trained 5-6 days per week, and competed in gymnastics meets. Last year, he stopped competing because he’s gotten skinny so he needed something else to achieve. All those years and discipline spent training and preparing for gymnastics competitions set Rick up for success in the gym. He’s gained 20 lbs of muscles so far standing at 5’8″ at 170 lbs with 8% bodyfat.
