Flexer of the Day: Graham
Graham, 19, from Detroit, was chubby growing up but really packed on weight during high school because he used food as an emotional support base. Then, one day, he was sick of being the funny, chubby guy. His fitness journey started slow. He walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes per day and cut back on junk food. When he saw the scale go down, he became more motivated to lift weights and get stronger. Fitness has now replaced food and became his new healthy addiction.
